What you have
CrownTV is the dashboard you use to control every screen connected to a CrownTV media player. Think of each TV in your business as a remote-controlled display. From here you decide what plays on each one and when.
What you’ll do
- Upload your content — pictures, videos, PDFs — to your Library (in the sidebar under My Content).
- Build a playlist — pick what to show, in what order, and when. Create one under My Scheduling → Playlists.
- Attach the playlist to your displays — one screen, a group of screens, or a video wall.
- Watch and tweak — confirm the displays are online under Displays → Monitoring. Pause, reorder, or replace content at any time.

The icons you’ll see everywhere
- Cyan dot = active / online.
- Red dot = offline / expired.
- Yellow / orange dot = paused or something needs your attention.
- Lock icon = the item is locked from edits.
- Star icon = a flagged display (favorite or primary — confirmed in the relevant articles).
- The Help button in the bottom-right corner of every page opens the live chat support widget.
