Editorial Standards
Last updated: April 2026 · ~5-min read
CrownTV publishes content about digital signage hardware, software, installation, and content strategy. These standards describe how we research, write, attribute, and correct what we publish. They cover guides, blog posts, product pages, and case studies.
Accuracy and sourcing
Every factual claim — install counts, screen specifications, customer references, certifications, dates — is either drawn from our own delivery records, the manufacturer's official specifications, or a publicly cited primary source. Where we share an opinion or recommendation, we mark it as such. We do not republish unverified third-party copy.
Authorship and review
Content is written by the CrownTV team — operations leads, project managers, and engineers who deliver our installations. Pieces are reviewed by a second team member before publication. Customer-facing case studies are reviewed by the customer when their name is used.
Customer references and case studies
We name a customer only with their permission. Site counts, install dates, and program scope are confirmed with the customer before publication. Where an installation photo includes the customer's brand environment, we have permission to publish.
Competitive comparisons
Our /compare/ pages contrast CrownTV with named competitor products. We base each comparison on the competitor's own published documentation, public pricing, and our hands-on evaluation. We update comparisons when competitor offerings materially change. If a competitor disputes a specific claim, we welcome a correction request — see Contact below.
Pricing and quotes
We do not publish per-screen pricing on this site. Every project is custom-quoted. Where pricing examples appear in long-form content, they reflect typical engagements at the time of writing, not a binding offer.
AI-generated content
We use AI tools for drafting and editorial assistance. Every piece is reviewed and substantively edited by a human team member before publication. AI-generated imagery is used only when no real install photo or product shot is available, and is held to the same accuracy standards as written copy.
Disclosures
We are an Exclusive Samsung Certified Reseller and recommend Samsung commercial-grade displays based on that partnership and our own delivery experience. We disclose this relationship on hardware pages and in any comparison content. We do not accept paid placement on this site.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error, email [email protected] with the URL and the correction. We update the page promptly and add a "Last updated" note. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page.
Updates
Long-form guides and product pages are reviewed at least annually. Time-sensitive material (rankings, comparisons, statistics) is reviewed quarterly.
