Convenience & gas

Digital signage for convenience stores, gas stations, and travel centers.

Outdoor sun-readable displays for fuel pricing and pump-top promos. In-store screens for cooler-top, queue-line, and hot-food menu boards. Lottery jackpots fed live; fuel prices push from your forecourt controller. Installed across c-stores, fuel chains, and travel centers nationwide.

What is digital signage for convenience stores?

Digital signage for convenience stores is a network of commercial-grade displays installed throughout c-store and fuel-station environments — sun-readable pump-top and forecourt displays for fuel pricing and pump-side loyalty offers, in-store endcap and cooler-top promo screens, hot-food and deli menu boards, queue-line lottery and impulse-purchase displays, and cashwrap loyalty-enrollment screens. Content updates in seconds across 50 stores or 500 — promotions, fuel prices, lottery jackpots, food-service menus, and seasonal offers — driven by integrations with fuel POS systems (NCR Petro, Verifone, Wayne Helix, Gilbarco Veeder-Root), c-store inventory platforms, multi-state lottery feeds, and fuel-loyalty programs (PDI, Outsite Networks). CrownTV ships weather-ready outdoor IP56 displays for the forecourt, high-brightness window displays for cooler-top through-glass viewing, and indoor 4K commercial displays for indoor menu boards — all under one Dashboard with franchise-scoped permissions.

The problem

Convenience traffic is fast, repeat, and price-sensitive. Promotions, menu changes, fuel pricing, and lottery jackpots all need to surface in seconds — and they have to run on outdoor-rated hardware that survives full sun, freezing winters, and forecourt vibration. Static fuel-price flip signs and printed promo posters can't compete with a live promo on a sun-readable panel. CrownTV ships the displays built for it and the software that drives them — across single-store operators, regional c-store chains, and travel-center networks.

Convenience & gas stations installs

Frequently asked

Convenience & gas stations signage — FAQ

What is digital signage for convenience stores?
Digital signage for convenience stores is a network of commercial-grade displays running across pump-top and forecourt (fuel pricing, loyalty, brand content), in-store cooler-tops (beverage promos visible through cooler glass), hot-food and deli menu boards, queue-line lottery and impulse-purchase displays, and cashwrap loyalty enrollment. The display swaps printed promo posters and static price flip signs with live, network-managed content updated in seconds — across one store or 500.
How much does c-store digital signage cost?
Hardware ranges: ~$1,500–$3,500 for a 46"–55" weather-ready outdoor pump-top display; $1,200–$2,500 for a high-brightness cooler-top display; $700–$1,500 for an indoor 4K commercial menu board. Plus the CrownTV Media Player ($300–$800) and Dashboard SaaS ($20/screen/month). Multi-store fuel-chain rollouts get volume pricing — and we'll match any signed competitive quote on comparable scope. See /pricing/ for the per-screen subscription plus volume-tiered hardware ranges.
What's the difference between c-store digital signage and gas station LED?
Two different products. C-store digital signage covers indoor commercial panels (menu boards, cooler-top, cashwrap) plus pump-top high-brightness window displays outdoor panels — the same 4K commercial-grade displays used in retail, ranged for c-store environments. Gas-station LED is the high-brightness LED canopy display ranged for fuel pricing visible from across the forecourt — different technology, different price tier. CrownTV ships both; the LED canopy queries route to /products/displays/outdoor-led/ for hardware specs.
How long does it take to implement across a c-store or fuel chain?
Single store: under one week from site survey. Multi-state chains: sequenced in batches of 10–25 stores per week with standardized hardware kits.
Will my IT team need to be involved?
Minimal. The CrownTV Media Player connects via HDMI and ethernet to your existing network. No on-site cloud hardware, no software on staff machines. Forecourt panels run on standard 120V with PoE+ option for sites with no convenient AC drop.
What platform integrations do you support (POS, fuel pricing, lottery feeds)?
Fuel POS: NCR Petro, Verifone, Wayne Helix, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, OPW. C-store inventory: Bulloch, OmegaPOS. Loyalty: PDI, Outsite Networks. Lottery: multi-state lottery jackpot feeds by state. Most integrate via API, webhook, or proprietary forecourt feed. Scope your specific systems during the 30-minute call.
Can fuel pricing update in real time across all locations?
Yes. Push pricing changes from the Dashboard or via API integration with your fuel-pricing system. Updates push to every screen on schedule simultaneously — including pump-top high-brightness window displays, forecourt directional signage, and cashwrap fuel-grade callout screens.
Can franchise stores override corporate promos per location?
Yes. Scoped Dashboard permissions allow per-store override on local promotions; corporate retains brand control on the national template.
Do you install at travel centers, truck stops, and outdoor pump tops?
Yes. weather-ready outdoor IP56 displays with industrial enclosures, installed by our nationwide crew. Travel-center and large-format c-store installs handled the same way as standard c-store. Forecourt directional signage and pump-top loyalty offers are the highest-converting installs we ship in this vertical.
What's the SLA on support and replacement hardware?
Dedicated account manager, response within 4 business hours for urgent issues, 48-hour media-player replacement at no charge, and on-site installer dispatch for panel failures.
