How to manage users and teams

Find a user

  1. Make sure the Users tab is active.
  2. Use Search… by name/email, or filter the columns:
    • StatusAll, Activated, Deactivated, Email not verified.
    • Name / Email / User Role — text filters.

Add a new user

  1. Click + Add User.
  2. Fill in Name, Email, choose a Role and a Team, and save.
  3. The new user will appear with Email not verified status until they accept the invitation. Use Send registration link from the row’s Action menu to resend the invite if needed.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing.
  • Administrator — manage users, displays, content.
  • Manager — manage content and scheduling within their team.
  • Publisher — create and publish content but not manage other users.

Edit, suspend, or resend a user invite

In the row’s Action menu (right edge):

  • Edit User — change name, email, role, or team.
  • Send registration link — resend the email invitation (only shown for unverified users).
  • Suspend Account — deactivate the user; they can no longer sign in until reactivated.

Teams

Switch to the Teams tab to see and manage the teams in your tenant. Each user belongs to one team. Teams are useful when you want to scope content and displays — see the Owner column in Library → Filters → Owner for examples.

Tips

  • Use the Status = Email not verified filter to find pending invites and resend them.
  • Don’t suspend the Owner — that’s the billing contact.
