How to get help
Three ways to get answers from inside the CrownTV dashboard — live chat, Help Center, sidebar Help button. Specialists reply within 4 business hours.
There are three ways to get answers from inside the CrownTV dashboard.
1. Live chat — the round “Help” button
Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner of any page after you’ve signed in. A chat window opens, lets you search common articles, and connects you to the support team if you need a real human.
This is the fastest way to get a question answered.
2. Help Center — the sidebar link
In the left sidebar at the very bottom, click Help Center to open the public knowledge base in a new tab. Use this for step-by-step guides, video walkthroughs, and reference docs.
3. Refer a friend, get $100
The Refer a friend, get $100 ! link in the sidebar footer takes you to the referral page. Send the link to anyone who’d be a fit for CrownTV; if they sign up, you get $100.
Account-related issues — your profile
If you need to:
- Change your name, email, or language → avatar → Your Account.
- Reset your password → avatar → Your Account → Security section.
- Add or remove teammates → avatar → Manage Users.
If you can’t sign in at all, use the Forgot Password? link on the /login page.
