Welcome to CrownTV. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CrownTV website (www.crowntv-us.com), our digital signage dashboard software, media players, commercial displays, installation services, and all related products and services provided by CrownTV LLC.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
CrownTV provides turnkey digital signage solutions including commercial-grade displays, cloud-based content management software, media players, professional installation, and ongoing managed support for businesses across the United States.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Subscription and Payment
CrownTV offers subscription-based access to our dashboard software. Pricing details are available at crowntv-us.com/pricing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not display illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or reverse engineer our software.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding associated with CrownTV are the property of CrownTV LLC. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant CrownTV a limited license to host and transmit it as necessary to provide the Services.
6. Hardware and Installation
Displays and media players are covered by manufacturer warranties. Installation is performed by licensed technicians nationwide. CrownTV is not responsible for damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications.
7. Service Availability
CrownTV strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Data Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrownTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. CrownTV may immediately suspend access for violations. Sections regarding IP, liability, and disputes survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York law. Legal proceedings shall be brought in New York County courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
