How to use Templates
Templates are reusable designs. You build a template once with the orientation and zones you need, then drop in different content each time you want to publish.

Pick a stock template
- From the sidebar click My Content → Templates.
- Stay on the Template Library tab.
- (Optional) Click Show Filters and pick a Category, or use the Search field by name.
- Click any template thumbnail to preview it. From the preview you can copy it into My templates to make changes.
See your own templates
Click the My templates tab. Your saved templates appear here.
Create a new template from scratch
- Click + New Canvas in the top-right of the Templates page.
- Choose your template orientation:
- Landscape (Full HD 1920 × 1080) for a TV-style horizontal display.
- Portrait (Full HD 1080 × 1920) for a vertical display (kiosks, menu boards).
- Custom to enter your own width and height.
- Click Next to open the canvas editor.
- Lay out your zones, drop in media from the Library, and add text/widgets.
- Save the template — it then appears under My templates and can be used in playlists.
Tips
- Match the template orientation to your physical display. A landscape template stretched onto a portrait screen will look squashed.
- Use Custom sparingly — non-standard sizes will be unique to one display and can’t be reused easily.
