When a display has more than one playlist, the order they play in matters. This page lets you set that order, see the total runtime, and pause individual playlists without leaving the screen.
Open the page
Sidebar → Order by display → Playlists (this is not the same screen as the main Playlists list — it’s the per-display rotation editor).
Pick a display
In the Displays table on the left:
- Use the Id or Name filter inputs to find the display.
- Click the row. A loading spinner appears in the right pane.
The right pane fills with every playlist currently scheduled on that display.
Reorder the queue
- Use the drag handle (vertical dots on the left of each playlist card) to drag the cards into the order you want.
- The Total duration counter at the top of the pane updates as you change which playlists are included.
- Use Filter broadcastable playlists to hide playlists that aren’t currently eligible to play (e.g. expired, paused).
Inspect a playlist at a glance
Each card shows the schedule (dates, days, “broadcast all day”), status (Active / Expired), and any flags:
- A red lock icon means it’s locked.
- A yellow pause icon means it’s currently paused.
- A “P” badge means it’s a Private playlist.
Save your changes
Click Save in the top-right when you’re happy. Click Cancel to back out without applying the new order.
Tip
The Playlists list shows every playlist scheduled on the display — including ones added by other teammates or other teams in your tenant. If you don’t recognize one, look at the owner avatar and check with that user before re-ordering or removing it.
