Multi-location digital signage, defined

Multi-location digital signage is a single network of screens across many sites — stores, clinics, restaurants, or offices — controlled from one central dashboard. A brand keeps one consistent look while local teams manage their own screens, and content can be pushed everywhere at once, to one region, or to a single site. CrownTV delivers the whole system turnkey: displays, mounts, media players, nationwide installation, software, and support from one provider, under one contract.

One system, every location

The same platform, whatever you run.

Four venue types, one CrownTV network. Same install standard, same dashboard, same support — whether a location is a clinic, a storefront, a restaurant, or a head office. Here's what a screen does in each.

How a rollout works

From location list to live network, wave by wave.

Multi-site rollouts fail when hardware, installers, and software are three separate projects in every market. We run them as one — region by region, on a schedule your operations team can actually plan around.

  1. Scope & site survey

Send your location list, screen count, and target spots. We return one scoped, all-in quote — then survey each site (existing TV, new install, mounting, and power) so nothing surprises the crew.

  2. Hardware staged by wave

We roll out region by region. Displays, mounts, and media players ship ahead of each wave so every location has its kit on site before the crew arrives — no idle install days.

  3. Install by local crews

Insured local technicians mount and connect each screen, after-hours or on weekends so the location never pauses. Sites with an existing TV just get a pre-configured media player — live in minutes.

  4. Every screen on one dashboard

As each location comes online it appears on your CrownTV Dashboard automatically. Your team controls content everywhere from day one — by network, by region, or by single site.

  5. Managed support & new sites

After go-live: monitored uptime, fast media-player swaps, and one point of contact. Open a new location and its screens join the same network the day they light up.

One dashboard, every screen

Centralized control across the whole network.

Every screen in every location runs on one CrownTV Dashboard. Corporate keeps brand control; local teams get scoped access to their own sites. Push a change to the entire network, one region, or a single screen — and take over every display at once in an emergency.

  • Push everywhere at once. One update goes live on every screen across every location in seconds — a brand refresh, a company-wide announcement, a new promotion.
  • Target by region or site. Send content to one market, one region, or a single location. Local teams post approved updates on their own screens without touching the master loop.
  • Role-based permissions. Corporate keeps brand control; site managers get scoped access to their screens only. Nobody back-of-house can land content on a public display.
  • Emergency override, network-wide. One trigger takes over every screen — severe weather, lockdown, evacuation — facility-wide or across the entire network, wired in during install.

Turnkey pricing

One number per screen. Volume pricing at scale.

Each package is all-in — hardware, mount, media player, professional install, setup, and the first year of software — so there are no line-item surprises between the display quote and the install quote. Networks of 20+ screens get volume pricing, and locations with a working screen just need a media player.

43" $3,450 per screen, all-in Waiting rooms · menu boards · queue
50" $3,650 per screen, all-in Waiting rooms · store floors
55" $3,850 per screen, all-in Lobbies · menus · retail
65" $4,450 per screen, all-in Reception · welcome walls
75" $5,200 per screen, all-in Atriums · flagship lobbies

Every package includes

  • Commercial-grade 4K display (500-nit, 24/7-rated)
  • Tamper-resistant mount, clearance-checked on site
  • CrownTV media player, pre-configured per location
  • Professional installation by insured local crews
  • Configuration + content setup
  • First year of CrownTV Dashboard software, every screen

Priced for the whole rollout

Send your location count and screen mix and we return one scoped, all-in quote for the network — phased by wave so hardware and crews line up region by region. Indoor 500-nit pricing shown; window-facing and outdoor screens use high-brightness panels, quoted separately. Existing-screen locations are priced per media player.

Why one provider

One provider vs. stitching it together yourself.

The reason multi-location signage stalls is coordination: a different installer in every city, a separate software vendor, and your own IT holding it together. CrownTV is the single accountable provider across all of it.

Dimension CrownTV — one provider DIY multi-vendor
Who you coordinate One vendor owns hardware, install, software, and support across every site You coordinate an AV installer in each market, a software vendor, and your own IT
Installation across markets One national install network — same crew standard and SLA in every state A different local installer per city, each with its own pricing, quality, and schedule
Control Every screen on one dashboard — push by network, region, or single site Separate logins or systems per location; no single source of truth
Adding a location New site ships, installs, and joins the same network the day it opens A fresh procurement and integration project every time you grow
When a screen goes dark One number to call — monitored uptime and fast media-player swaps Was it the hardware, the software, or the network? Three vendors, three tickets

Frequently asked

Multi-location digital signage — FAQ

What is multi-location digital signage?
Multi-location digital signage is a single network of screens across many sites — stores, clinics, restaurants, or offices — all controlled from one central dashboard. Content can be pushed to every location at once, to one region, or to a single site, so a brand keeps one consistent look while local teams manage their own screens. CrownTV delivers it turnkey: the displays, mounts, media players, nationwide installation, software, and support come from one provider under one contract.
How much does digital signage cost for multiple locations?
CrownTV's turnkey packages are all-in per screen — $3,450 for a 43-inch display up to $5,200 for 75-inch — covering the commercial display, mount, media player, professional installation, setup, and the first year of software. Networks of 20+ screens get volume pricing, and sites with an existing TV just need a pre-configured media player at a lower per-site cost. Send us your location count and we return one scoped quote for the whole rollout.
Can you install digital signage in every state?
Yes. CrownTV runs a national installation network and coordinates every location through one point of contact, so your team never chases installers market by market. We roll out region by region, with hardware shipped ahead of each wave and insured local crews installing after-hours or on weekends so sites don't pause.
Can we control all our locations from one place?
Yes — every screen across every site lives on one CrownTV Dashboard. Push content to the whole network, to a region, or to a single location; give corporate brand control and site managers scoped access to their own screens; and trigger a network-wide emergency override in seconds. As new locations open, their screens join the same dashboard the day they go live.
Do we get one invoice for the whole rollout?
Yes. Hardware, installation, software, and support come from CrownTV under one contract, so you get one point of contact and consolidated billing instead of separate invoices from an installer, a hardware vendor, and a software company in each market. Rollouts are phased by wave, and pricing is bundled all-in per screen — no line-item surprises between the display quote and the install quote.
Can you work with the TVs we already have?
Often, yes. If a location already has a working commercial display, we ship a pre-configured CrownTV media player that plugs into the existing screen and joins the same dashboard as everything else — usually live in minutes. Where a screen is consumer-grade or failing, we recommend a commercial panel rated for all-day use, but you can mix existing and new screens across the network.
