Use this page to check whether your displays are actually online, when they last checked in, and what they’re currently showing on screen.

Open the page

Sidebar → Displays → Monitoring.

Read the table

For every display you’ll see:

  • Id and Name — the display in your account.
  • Mac Address — the hardware identifier (useful when troubleshooting with support).
  • Orientation — the orientation that’s currently configured.
  • Address / City / Country — where the display lives.
  • Last Connection — the timestamp (in the device’s timezone) of the player’s last check-in.
  • Connection — a green dot if the player is online right now, red if it’s offline.
  • Download — pull a diagnostic/log bundle from the player.
  • Action — open the action menu.

Confirm what’s on a display (“Request screenshot”)

  1. Click the Action menu (right edge) on the row.
  2. Pick Request screenshot. The player will push back a fresh screenshot the next time it phones home.
  3. Once the screenshot arrives, the same row’s action becomes a View screenshot option (placeholder text on a fresh row reads “No screenshot”).

Triage an offline display

If a display shows red:

  1. Note the Last Connection time — when did it stop checking in?
  2. Confirm the physical hardware: power, HDMI, network cable / Wi-Fi.
  3. If it’s been offline for a while, click Download to grab logs, then open the Help chat for support.

Tips

  • An empty Last Connection value plus red dot means the player has never successfully connected. Check pairing and network settings.
  • The Connection column is the truth — a “Last Connection” of just a few minutes ago doesn’t guarantee the player is online right now.
