What rental actually covers

Same hardware. Shorter clock.

Buying a screen for a 3-day conference doesn't make sense. Digital signage rental ships the same commercial-grade panels we install permanently for L'Occitane, Janie and Jack, and Victoria's Secret — with delivery, install, content, support, and pickup included. Activate fast, run the program, hand it back. Or apply the rental fee toward purchase if you decide to keep it.

CrownTV is a turnkey digital signage provider helping brands digitize their physical spaces. We bundle three things most vendors split apart: our cloud-based digital signage software, commercial-grade indoor and high-brightness window displays, and a nationwide installation team. We run the whole stack — site survey, hardware, install, content management, ongoing support — under one contract. From a single screen in one location to a national rollout across 500 stores, the playbook is the same.

Event digital signage rental, trade show signage, pop-up screens

Three rental modes cover most of what we ship. Event digital signage rental for conferences, sales kickoffs, and sponsored activations — single screens or multi-screen packages across registration, breakouts, and main stage. Trade show signage rental for booth video walls, touchscreen kiosks, and lead-capture displays — including booth-grade rigging and on-site tech through booth hours. Pop-up digital signage for popup retail, holiday window programs, brand activations, and multi-city tours — high-brightness window displays visible in direct sunlight, multi-week and multi-month rentals supported, rent-to-buy if the popup goes permanent. The pricing tiers below cover all three.

CrownTV vs typical AV rental

Why CrownTV beats the typical AV rental shop

Most rental companies are AV generalists — they ship gear and disappear. CrownTV runs permanent signage programs for L'Occitane, Victoria's Secret, Cole Haan, Janie and Jack, Herman Miller, and 200+ other brands. The rental fleet is the same commercial hardware, just on a shorter clock.

Frequently asked

Digital signage rental — common questions

How much does digital signage rental cost?
Single-screen events start at $980 for 1–2 days. Multi-day conferences typically run $1,180–$1,600. Trade-show video walls start around $9,000 for a 3×3 tile setup. Multi-week activations and popup tours are custom-quoted. Every quote includes hardware, delivery, install, and pickup — no hidden fees.
What's the minimum rental period?
We rent by the day. Most trade shows and corporate events fall in the 1–7 day band. We also support multi-week and multi-month rentals for popup retail and brand activations.
How fast can you deliver and install for an event?
Same-week activation is available in primary metros (NYC, LA, Chicago, Miami, Vegas, DC, Boston, Atlanta) when inventory permits. Standard lead time is 7–10 business days for tertiary markets. For trade-show emergencies we have rush windows including early-AM and late-PM venue access.
Do you handle convention-center logistics?
Yes. We've worked Javits Center, Moscone, McCormick Place, Mandalay Bay, Orange County Convention Center, LACC, BCEC, Walter E. Washington, Georgia World Congress Center, and Miami Beach Convention Center. We know the loading docks, the union rules, the badge requirements, and the deck schedules.
Can you pre-load content before delivery?
Yes — that's our standard. Branded creative is uploaded to the CrownTV CMS and validated on every screen before the panels leave our warehouse. You walk into a working program. Same-day content changes during the event are pushed remotely via dashboard.
What if a screen fails during the event?
Two paths: (1) on-call support resolves remote issues — content not pushing, network drop — typically inside 15 minutes; (2) on-site tech for trade shows and high-stakes activations stays through booth hours. Spare panels are reserved within trucking distance for hardware swaps when needed.
Can I rent a video wall for a trade show booth?
Yes — the video-wall rental tier covers 3×3, 4×4, and custom-tile LCD or LED configurations. We bring the rigging, the cable management, the controllers, and the on-site tech. Sub-2.5mm pixel pitch options are available for close-viewing brand-experience setups.
What sizes are available for rent?
27″, 32″, 43″, 50″, 55″, 65″, 75″, 86″ (including 86″ stretch ribbon), plus tiled video walls in 3×3, 4×4, or custom configurations. All commercial-grade.
Do you offer touchscreens for rent?
Yes — 10-point capacitive touch in 43″, 50″, 55″, and 65″. Common rental scopes include trade-show wayfinding, lead-capture forms, sponsor directories, gamification, and product configurators.
Can I keep the hardware after the rental? (rent-to-buy)
Yes. Rent-to-buy is a standard option — we apply the rental fee toward the purchase price if you decide to keep the gear after the activation. Common for popups that go permanent and for sales kickoffs that turn into ongoing internal-comms screens.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship across the US and partner with vetted teams for Canada, UK, and EU events. International rental is custom-quoted; lead time is longer for international.
What's the difference between rental and purchase?
Rental = short-term hardware + install + pickup, no commitment, perfect for events and seasonal activations. Purchase = permanent install with warranty, longer payback, lower per-day cost over time. If you're running an activation longer than ~6 weeks, the math usually favors purchase. We'll run the numbers either way during scoping.
