Do you install screens and media players we already own?

Yes. Install-only is the core of this service. Ship the hardware to the site or to our staging point, or have our crew take delivery on install day. We mount it, connect power and network, verify it checks in to your platform, and send the per-site report. From $575 per screen, volume pricing from 5 sites.

Can you install in physician offices and clinics after hours?

Yes. Clinic groups, dental chains, and pharmacy networks are a regular part of our multi-site work. Crews schedule after the last patient or before the first, follow the site's access rules, and leave the space clean. Each wave is built around the clinical calendar, with site contacts confirmed 48 hours before arrival.

What does the per-site installation report include?

Before and after photos of the mounting location, the display and player serial numbers, the network check (SSID or VLAN, IP or MAC as your platform needs), the technician's sign-off, and a timestamp. One report per site, delivered as the site closes and rolled up per wave with a status column: scheduled, complete, blocked.

Do you warehouse our hardware between waves?

We kit and stage per wave: hardware arrives, gets matched to its site list, and ships or travels with the crew. That staging is included in a program quote. Long-term warehousing across quarters is scoped per program, with the storage window, insurance, and inventory reporting written into the agreement rather than assumed.

How do you price a program of 100 or more sites?

Per screen, by site type. A standard wall mount with cable management starts at $575; sites needing new electrical, glass mounts, or lifts are priced as their own line. Volume pricing applies from 5 sites and is quoted per program, so the rate reflects your site mix and wave schedule rather than a blanket discount.
