Quote inside four business hours. No commitment. No hard sell.

Tell us about your install

Six fields. Four hours. One itemized quote.

CrownTV operators read every inbound. We don't route to a sales-development queue, and we don't reply with a calendar link. You get a real itemized quote — hardware line, install line, software line, content line, managed line — inside four business hours.

  • · Hardware speced to your duty cycle and ambient light, not a generic Samsung catalog dump.
  • · Install priced by metro and crew availability — not a flat national rate.
  • · Multi-location rollouts phased against your construction calendar.
  • · No platform fees. No mystery margin. No "annual minimum".

The operator difference

We are an operator. Most "competitors" are not.

ScreenCloud licenses software. B&H drop-ships panels. AVI-SPL hires 1099 crews. CrownTV runs 1,800+ operators on a platform we built and ships every install with the same team that's still on the phone six months after launch.

We operate. Resellers route boxes.

A reseller drop-ships a Samsung panel and ends the relationship. CrownTV speced the QM75C portrait that Herman Miller installed at Park Avenue, ran the cable mount against a red campaign backdrop, and shipped the Cosm campaign live in two weeks. Operating means we're still the team you call after the screen is bolted to the wall.

We are accountable post-install

We integrate. Integrators rent labor.

Generic AV integrators hire 1099 crews to swing panels, hand off the rack, and bill T&M. CrownTV runs install as a programmed sequence: site survey, electrical sign-off, panel mount, content QA, dashboard provisioning. The CBD Kratom 55+ store fleet went up in under 10 days with no per-store survey because the kit was standardized.

Programmed installs, not field T&M

We build the CMS. Software vendors rent it.

ScreenCloud and OptiSigns license you a CMS — that's it. CrownTV Dashboard runs L'Occitane's three-tier permission structure: IT, Marketing, store managers, each with the access they need and nothing they don't. We wrote it because the off-the-shelf CMS wouldn't carry the model.

Operator-built signage software

13+ years operating. Since 2012.

Long enough to have shipped through three panel generations, two media-player rewrites, and one global supply-chain shock. 1,800+ operators on the platform today. ~10,000 screens running live across L'Occitane, Victoria's Secret, Herman Miller, Pressed Juicery, TravisMathew, Janie and Jack, CBD Kratom, Bonobos, Wrangler & Lee, and the rest. Tenure shows up in renewals.

What "one vendor" actually means

Six suppliers, six invoices, six handoffs. Or one team that ships.

Most digital signage projects fall apart at the seams. The reseller doesn't talk to the installer. The installer can't see the software. The CMS team and the content team are different companies. CrownTV runs all six layers in-house — and you get one bill.

The hard parts

Seven things buyers hesitate on. Answered.

Most signage RFPs die on one of these objections. Here is how CrownTV answers each one — by name, with the actual scope and timing, not a brochure phrase.

Objection 1 of 7

"We already have screens."

CrownTV Dashboard runs on hardware you already own — Samsung, LG, Sony, NEC, Philips, BrightSign, IAdea. We retrofit the CMS without re-buying panels. If the existing fleet is consumer-grade and burning out, we phase replacement against your capex calendar.

Objection 2 of 7

"We're tied into a SaaS contract."

We've onboarded clients off ScreenCloud, OptiSigns, Yodeck, Mvix, and Mood Media. The CrownTV Dashboard exports your campaign library, schedules, and screen groups — and we time the cutover to your renewal date so you don't double-pay.

Objection 3 of 7

"Our IT team won't sign off."

We answer security questionnaires honestly and publish what we will and won't sign on /services/rfp/. We don't bury MDM in a click-through EULA. SSO via SAML on request, port and firewall scope documented, and a CISO call available before the MSA is drafted.

Objection 4 of 7

"Our brand team needs creative control."

Brand templates are built in week-one onboarding. Three permission tiers — IT, Marketing, store managers — like the L'Occitane model. Marketing scheduled and global; store managers can swap a single panel without breaking the chain. No agency lock-in: bring your own creative or use ours.

Objection 5 of 7

"We're worried about RMAs."

Samsung commercial panels carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty. CrownTV runs RMAs against the Samsung allocation we hold as Authorized Reseller — typical replacement turnaround is 5 to 10 business days. CrownTV media players ship as a 48-hour replacement under the managed services SLA.

Objection 6 of 7

"Our timeline is tight."

Standard turnkey is under one week per site once the survey is back. Herman Miller Park Avenue went consultation-to-live in two weeks. CBD Kratom's 55+ store fleet shipped in under 10 days using a standardized kit. Tight timeline plus standardized kit equals a clean go-live.

Objection 7 of 7

"We don't know what hardware to buy."

That's the four-hour quote SLA's job. We pick the Samsung kit by duty cycle (16/7 or 24/7), ambient light (300–400 nits indoor / 2,000+ nits window-facing / 2,500–4,000 nits outdoor), and content type. You don't pick the panel; we spec the panel and you sign one quote.

The 4-hour quote SLA

Four business hours. Itemized. No platform fees.

Most signage vendors take three business days to respond. CrownTV's standing SLA is four business hours. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you submit the form and the moment the quote lands in your inbox.

  1. Hour 1

    Step 1 of 4

Your inbound lands with a CrownTV operator (not a chatbot). We pull the screen count, location count, industry, and timeline you submitted.

  2. Hour 2

    Step 2 of 4

Hardware match. Indoor wall, sun-facing window, video wall, or menu board — we pick the Samsung panel kit by duty cycle, ambient light, and content type.

  3. Hour 3

    Step 3 of 4

Install scope. Site count, mount type per location, certified-crew availability per metro, and a phasing plan if it's multi-location.

  4. Hour 4

    Step 4 of 4

Itemized quote out the door. Hardware line, install line, software line, content line, managed line. No 'platform fee'. No mystery margin.

The CrownTV stack

Five layers under one contract.

Most signage RFPs require a separate vendor for each line. CrownTV runs all five — hardware, install, software, content, managed — in-house. Here's exactly what's inside each layer of the platform you're paying for.

01 · Hardware

Samsung commercial panels speced by duty cycle.

  • QM-series indoor 4K commercial — 43″, 50″, 55″, 65″, 75″, 85″, 98″
  • OM-series high-brightness 3,500-nit window-facing for sun-readable retail
  • OH-series outdoor sealed enclosure for drive-thru and exterior
  • VM-T bezel-optimized for 2×2, 3×3, and custom video walls
  • QBR-T interactive touch for wayfinding and kiosks
  • CrownTV media players, plus BrightSign and IAdea for niche specs

02 · Install

Certified crews. Single project manager. 50 states.

  • Pre-install site survey — fixture, electrical, network, mount type
  • Standardized install kit when scope allows (CBD Kratom: 55+ stores in <10 days)
  • Certified union and non-union crews depending on metro and contract
  • Content QA on first power-up — no 'install complete' until the screen is playing
  • Live-installer photo documentation for every site, archived in your portal
  • Post-install dashboard handoff, brand-templated default content already loaded

03 · Software

CrownTV Dashboard CMS — operator-built, not licensed.

  • Multi-tier permissions — IT / Marketing / store managers (the L'Occitane model)
  • Real-time device status, last-sync timestamps, automatic alerting on drop
  • Day-parted scheduling with seasonal calendars and emergency override
  • Synchronized playback for video walls and multi-screen sequences
  • Brand-templated content blocks reusable across the chain
  • API access for ERP, POS, weather, and traffic integrations

04 · Content

Brand-true motion design. 3-day concept turnaround.

  • In-house designers — not outsourced agencies — working from your brand book
  • Three-day concept-to-approval sprint for new campaigns
  • Animated templates that replay weekly with content swaps
  • Per-store local-event templates store managers can publish without breaking the chain
  • Video wall choreography for flagship installs (Victoria's Secret QM98 + QM85C)
  • Localization layer for multi-language stores (US + Canada at L'Occitane)

05 · Managed

Account manager + 48-hour replacement-player SLA.

  • Dedicated account manager — same person from week one through year five
  • Content scheduling on your behalf if Marketing is short-staffed
  • Quarterly preventative checks — hardware, network, software, content audit
  • 48-hour replacement-player ship-out for any device that fails
  • Single number to call for every signage issue, 24/7 monitoring
  • Annual program review with usage analytics and roadmap recommendations
Samsung Authorized Reseller

We sell what we install. Samsung commercial-grade.

CrownTV is a certified Samsung Authorized Reseller. We buy direct, which means cleaner allocation, faster RMAs, and panels rated for the duty cycle you actually need — not whatever a B&H or CDW catalog drop-ships. The commercial line is engineered for 16/7 or 24/7 operation, with 50,000-hour panel ratings and a 3-year manufacturer warranty included.

  • QM-series — 4K commercial indoor (43″ to 98″). The L'Occitane store standard.
  • OM-series — high-brightness 3,500-nit window-facing. CBD Kratom + Janie and Jack window kits.
  • OH-series — outdoor sealed-enclosure for drive-thru and exterior environments.
  • VM-T — bezel-optimized video-wall panels for 2×2 / 3×3 / custom configurations.
  • QBR-T — interactive touch displays for wayfinding and self-service.
  • QM98 + QM85C — Victoria's Secret Fifth Avenue spec, synchronized in groups of three.
Nationwide install network

50 states. Certified crews. NYC project management.

Every install is run by a CrownTV project manager out of the 433 Broadway office in Manhattan. Crews are certified locally — site survey, electrical coordination, mount and set, content QA — sequenced by a single point of contact who stays accountable end-to-end. For multi-location programs we run 5–25 sites per week depending on installer availability and your construction calendar.

Pricing reality

What a turnkey install actually costs.

Most signage sites refuse to publish numbers. CrownTV publishes the ranges so procurement can scope budget before drafting an RFP. Hardware figures match Samsung commercial-grade list pricing. Install figures match what we actually quote in 2026 by metro and crew availability. Final price depends on screen count, panel size, install complexity, software, and managed scope — every quote is itemized.

Honest scope

Six things CrownTV won't do.

Vendors who claim every box on every RFP are either lying or under-quoting. Here are the six requests CrownTV declines on principle — published before the conversation starts so procurement can decide whether we're a fit.

Consumer-grade TV resale

Samsung consumer panels (QN90D, etc.) carry a 12-month warranty and a 16/7 burn-in profile. We won't ship them as commercial signage.

Generic IT-services menus

Helpdesk, network management, and end-user device support are not part of the CrownTV scope. We're a digital signage operator, not an MSP.

Hardware-only at consumer prices

B&H and CDW will undercut us on a single-panel quote. If price-per-box is the only metric, we're the wrong vendor — buy from a reseller.

RFPs we can't honestly win

If the spec calls for something outside our stack — proprietary CMS lock-in, a competitor's API — we tell procurement before we waste their evaluation cycle.

12-month commitments without an exit ramp

Every CrownTV agreement carries a documented exit clause. If managed services aren't earning their line item, you cancel that line — not the whole contract.

Crypto, sweepstakes, sketchy ad networks

Content categories that conflict with our brand customer base (L'Occitane, Herman Miller, etc.) — we won't run them on the platform regardless of revenue.

Why customers stay

The four reasons the renewal sticks.

Anyone can ship a first install. Renewals are where the operator vs reseller difference becomes the only thing that matters. Here is what CrownTV runs differently — published, not promised.

Reason 01

Same account manager year over year

Not a 'CSM Tier 1 → CSM Tier 2 → escalation manager' funnel. The same person who scoped your install runs the relationship at year five. L'Occitane's account manager is the same person who shipped the first store in 2019.

Reason 02

Roadmap input from operating partners

Dashboard CMS feature priorities are set partly by the customer-advisory pool — Janie and Jack's HDMI-splitter sync workflow shipped because they asked. Mvix and Mood Media run their roadmaps top-down. We don't.

Reason 03

Renewal price held flat for installed base

Per-screen-per-month software pricing held at $20 for the entire installed base since 2022. New SKUs price differently; existing customers don't get repriced because the market moved.

Reason 04

Replacement-player SLA on the page

48-hour replacement-player ship-out for any failed device under managed services. Most vendors bury this in the MSA. CrownTV publishes it on /services/managed/ before the contract is signed.

The questions procurement actually asks.

What makes CrownTV different from ScreenCloud, OptiSigns, or Yodeck?
Those are software-only license vendors. They sell you a CMS subscription and end the relationship. CrownTV ships hardware, install, software, content, and managed services on one contract. With the software-only path you also need a Samsung reseller, a certified install crew, a content team, and a project manager — four more vendors, four more invoices, four more handoffs. With CrownTV it's one team and one invoice.
How are you different from Mvix, Mood Media, or AVI-SPL?
Enterprise tools at enterprise overhead. CrownTV runs the same scope — Samsung commercial hardware, 50-state install, content, managed services — without enterprise-tier pricing baked into the quote. That's why mid-market brands like Janie and Jack (115+ stores), CBD Kratom (55+ stores), and Pressed Juicery sign with us instead.
How long does a CrownTV install take from order to live?
Standard turnkey deployment is under one week per site once the site survey is back. CBD Kratom's 55+ store fleet went live in under 10 days. Herman Miller's Park Avenue Cosm campaign was consultation-to-live in two weeks. Multi-location rollouts phase by region — first locations live inside two weeks, full programs sequenced against your construction calendar.
Can we just buy hardware? Or just software? Or just install?
Yes — all three sell à la carte. CrownTV Dashboard runs on hardware you already own. Samsung commercial displays ship without an install booking if you have a crew. Install-only is fine if you bought panels elsewhere. Most clients want everything done for them, but the same team and accountability applies whether you're buying one layer or all five.
Are you certified for enterprise procurement and RFPs?
Yes. CrownTV is a Samsung Authorized Reseller selling QM, OM, OH, VM-T, and QBR-T panels at commercial-grade pricing. Certified install crews in all 50 states. Documented RFP-grade response process at /services/rfp/. We answer security questionnaires honestly — including what we don't yet have — so procurement can vet the fit before drafting an MSA.
What does a turnkey install actually cost?
It depends on screen count, panel size, install complexity, and software/managed scope. A single 43″ menu board lands around $1,100–$2,300 turnkey. A 2×2 video wall is $11,500–$20,500. A multi-location rollout averages $3,300–$8,500 per site at volume. We quote itemized — hardware, install, software, content, managed — within four business hours. No platform fees, no mystery margin.
Where is CrownTV headquartered?
433 Broadway, Unit 220, New York, NY 10013. We've been operating from this Manhattan office since 2012. Phone (347) 410-6890. Founded as Crown Heights Communication, Inc. — DBA CrownTV. Project managers, content design, and operations all sit in NYC; install crews are certified locally in every metro we ship.
Who does CrownTV work with — is there a vertical you don't serve?
Retail, restaurants and QSR, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, convenience and gas, education, and salons and spas. Featured customers include L'Occitane (150+ stores since 2019), Victoria's Secret Fifth Avenue, Herman Miller, Pressed Juicery, Janie and Jack, TravisMathew, CBD Kratom, Bonobos, Wrangler & Lee, Cole Haan, Invicta, Mercedes-Benz, L'Oréal, Cutler Salon, Exhale Spa, and Momentum Energy. See /solutions/industries/ for the full list.
Do you handle international rollouts?
Yes — within the constraints of customs, regional power standards, and local install certification. L'Occitane runs across the United States and Canada on the same CrownTV Dashboard, with European expansion (France, Luxembourg, London, Germany, Belgium) planned next. Janie and Jack runs the London flagship on the same kit as the US stores. International scope is added as a phase against your construction calendar, not a retrofit later.
What kind of network connectivity do CrownTV media players need?
Standard wired ethernet or 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi with outbound HTTPS access to *.crowntv-us.com. Average bandwidth per screen is roughly 1–2 Mbps for content sync, peaking at 10 Mbps during initial provisioning or large campaign updates. Cellular failover available for high-uptime locations. We document the full firewall scope in the IT scoping call before contract.
What happens if a CrownTV media player or panel fails?
Replacement-player ship-out is a 48-hour SLA under managed services. Samsung commercial panels carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty handled directly through CrownTV's Authorized Reseller allocation — typical RMA turnaround is 5 to 10 business days. Your account manager owns the replacement workflow end-to-end so you're not stuck on hold with Samsung Care.
Can CrownTV integrate with our POS, ERP, or other backend systems?
Yes. The CrownTV Dashboard exposes an API for real-time data feeds — sales-driven content rules, weather-triggered campaigns, ERP-synced pricing, social-media feeds, and queue-management integrations. Pressed Juicery's menu-board pricing updates fleet-wide from a single source. Custom integrations are scoped during onboarding and built by the CrownTV engineering team, not outsourced.
How do you handle content design? Do we need our own creative team?
Either works. Bring your own creative — our designers convert your brand book into modular signage templates that store managers can swap without breaking the chain. Or use our content design service — concept-to-approval in three days, animated templates you can reuse weekly. L'Occitane runs central marketing concepts plus per-store local-event templates from one platform.
When you sign

Day 1 to live screens. The actual sequence.

Most signage RFPs end at the contract. Here's what happens after — concrete deliverables, week by week, from the moment the inbound form lands to the year-two managed-services rhythm.

  1. Day 1

    Step 1 of 5

    Itemized quote in your inbox.

Hardware line, install line, software line, content line, managed line. Every line traceable to the spec — Samsung panel SKU, install metro, CMS subscription tier, content scope, managed services package. Within four business hours of the form hitting our inbox.

  2. Week 1

    Step 2 of 5

Site survey on the calendar. Brand kit collected.

CrownTV project manager schedules the site survey in your construction calendar. Brand kit (logos, palette, fonts, motion guidelines) gets pulled into the content design queue. IT scoping call covers SSO, port scope, network requirements. Hardware order placed against Samsung allocation.

  3. Week 2–3

    Step 3 of 5

Hardware lands. Installer crews on site.

Samsung commercial panels ship to your site or to our staging facility. Certified install crew performs site survey verification, mounts panels, runs cable, connects to network, commissions the media player. First-power-up content QA on every screen before the punch list closes.

  4. Week 4

    Step 4 of 5

Live. Dashboard handed off. Marketing publishes.

Every screen running. CrownTV Dashboard provisioned with three-tier permissions per the L'Occitane model. Marketing publishes the first campaign from one place — across one store or 100 stores. Account manager schedules the 30-day check-in.

  5. Month 2 — onward

    Step 5 of 5

Managed services pick up the operating load.

Account manager handles content-calendar coordination, screen monitoring, RMA queue, quarterly preventative checks, and the 48-hour replacement-player SLA. You stop paying attention to the screens and start paying attention to what they're driving — sell-through, dwell time, conversion. Same team, same dashboard, year over year.
