Pressed (formerly Pressed Juicery), one of the leading plant-based wellness food and beverage brands in the United States, partnered with CrownTV to install digital menu boards across multiple store locations and a custom double-sided Samsung OM55B kiosk at its high-traffic Moynihan Train Hall location inside Penn Station in New York City. The Challenge: Dynamic Menus for a Fast-Moving Wellness Brand
Pressed needed a digital menu board solution that could be updated instantly by the marketing team nationwide — without printing menus, shipping them to stores, or coordinating physical sign changes at each location. The Moynihan Train Hall location presented an additional challenge: the store sits in a major transit hub where thousands of commuters pass by every hour. Pressed needed a way to capture attention from both inside the store and the transit concourse simultaneously — converting passersby into customers.
The CrownTV Solution: Digital Menu Boards + Custom Double-Sided Kiosk
CrownTV designed a two-part solution. For menu boards, each store received five Samsung QMC 43-inch 4K commercial displays in landscape orientation, wall-mounted in a horizontal row above the product display area. Each screen shows a different menu category — juices, smoothies, bowls, Freeze, wellness shots — with colorful product photography and pricing. Content is individually zoned per screen through the CrownTV CMS, allowing the marketing team to update any category, add seasonal items, or launch new products across the entire fleet from a single dashboard.
For the Moynihan Train Hall location, CrownTV built a freestanding double-sided kiosk using a Samsung OM55B 55-inch high-brightness display (3,500 nits) inside a custom birch wood enclosure with rounded corners. One face of the kiosk displays promotional content toward the transit concourse — capturing commuter attention. The opposite face shows the menu toward in-store customers. The custom birch wood housing matches Pressed’s warm, natural store aesthetic, and the OM55B’s 3,500-nit brightness ensures content remains visible in the bright, naturally lit transit hall environment.

Installation and Deployment
CrownTV technicians coordinated with Pressed’s architect to ensure the five-screen menu board installation met the store’s precise design specifications — screen sizing, placement height, and spacing were all specified by the architect to integrate with the warm wood trim and clean minimalist layout. At Moynihan Train Hall, the freestanding kiosk was positioned at the store entrance to maximize dual-audience exposure. CrownTV’s installation team handled all mounting, wiring, and CMS configuration across multiple locations.
The Results
- Fleet-wide instant menu updates: Marketing team updates menus, adds seasonal items, and launches new products across all Pressed locations from the CrownTV CMS — no more printed menus
- Dual-audience kiosk at Penn Station: Double-sided OM55B kiosk captures commuter traffic from the transit concourse and serves in-store customers simultaneously
- Individually zoned screens: Each of the five menu boards shows different product categories, allowing targeted content per screen position
- Architect-coordinated design integration: Menu boards fit seamlessly within the store’s warm wood and clean minimalist design — not an afterthought, but part of the architecture
- Custom kiosk aesthetic: Birch wood enclosure matches Pressed’s natural brand identity while housing commercial-grade high-brightness display technology
