CrownTV installed six Samsung QM55C 55-inch 4K commercial displays in two zones. Checkout-area screens are ceiling-mounted on black poles above the checkout lanes in landscape orientation, positioned at the point of exit where customers naturally look up. Deli department screens are mounted inside custom red architectural housings above the service counter, recessed into the store’s decorative canopy. CrownTV handled all electrical wiring and installed custom back covers for a clean professional finish at every position.
The CrownTV CMS was configured with multiple playlists and user accounts. Day-parting schedules automatically show the right content at the right time: morning specials in the morning, weekend promotions on weekends, deli features during lunch hours. Multiple staff members were trained on the CMS by the CrownTV team, ensuring the store can manage its own content updates independently.

Installation and Deployment
CrownTV technicians completed all installation work including full electrical wiring at every display position. Checkout-area screens required ceiling-mount pole installations through the store’s ceiling tile grid. Deli-area screens were integrated into the store’s existing red architectural canopy above the service counter. Custom back covers were installed at every position to conceal cables and hardware.
